His expertise has earned him preferred contractor status with national brands such as Hooters of America, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, Floor & Décor, and Mills Pride — where he led flooring installations, up-fit projects, and complete space refreshes. He also contributed his skills to four episodes of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, demonstrating both his craftsmanship and heart for service.

He is highly skilled in blueprint interpretation, finish work, flooring systems, and full-scope project oversight. His background also extends into real estate, inspection, and valuation, giving him a unique perspective on how construction, design, and development intersect with property value and buyer appeal.
